| Limited Warranty: |
Parts are warranted on all new parts against manufactured defects for one year from customer order date. Cart Smarts is not responsible for service calls, alleged harm or damaged materials resulting from the installation of products. Rebuild, takeoff and OEM parts are warranted for 90 days from customer order date. We will repair or replace or issue a full credit at our discretion on products that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. Freight on warranty products is the responsibility of the customer.

| Claims: |
Shortages or damaged products must be reported with 3 business days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. All in-transit damages must be claimed with the freight company by our customer at the time of receipt of products and notations must be made on the bill of lading of Freight Company.

| Backorders: |
Unless otherwise requested by the customer any backorder product greater than $10.00 will be shipped as soon as the product is available. Any special order products cannot be cancelled.

| Minimum Orders: |
The minimum order is $25.00 plus freight.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted

| Freight: |
Orders exceeding $1000.00 (exceptions: electric motors, seat kits, cargo boxes, tires and wheel assemblies) will be shipped freight prepaid with U.S. and shipped the most economical way.

| Returns: |
You must call (904-819-5622) for a return authorization number (RA) before any product can be sent back to Cart Smarts, any product returned without return authorization number will be refused. This RA number is not a guarantee that the produce is eligible for credit, credit cannot be granted if the materials are not found to be defective or otherwise amount to an inappropriate return. Any product returned at customers' convenience, including customer error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Freight collect or C.O.D returns will be refused.
